This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of the websites, products, services, and business opportunities (collectively, “Offerings”) provided by Avent Herbal Products, a division of Kwa Bhubezi Wholesale and Distributors (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any Avent Herbal Products website (the “Site”), purchasing or using our products or services, or engaging with our business opportunity, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your use of the Site, including all content, data, software, images, and materials (“Content”), or your purchase/use of any Offerings constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. If you disagree with these terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site and Offerings, except as outlined in the Avent Herbal Products Customer Guarantee (Section 7).
2. MODIFICATIONS
We reserve the right to:
- Amend this Agreement at any time;
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or Offerings (in whole or in part) at our sole discretion.
Changes to this Agreement become effective immediately upon notice via email or Site display. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Review this Agreement periodically for updates.
3. ACCESS REQUIREMENTS
You are responsible for:
- Securing and financing your internet access and equipment;
- Maintaining hardware/software and protecting against viruses.
We disclaim liability for errors or malfunctions related to your devices or software.
4. ELIGIBILITY

5. AVENT HERBAL PRODUCTS INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTORS

Distributor Websites: Independent Distributors may operate websites but must comply with Avent Herbal Products’ policies, including the Rules of Conduct & Distributor Policies. We disclaim liability for Distributor website content.
6. AVENT HERBAL PRODUCTS CUSTOMER GUARANTEE
We guarantee the quality of products bearing the Avent Herbal Products name. Customers dissatisfied with a product purchased from a Distributor may request a refund or exchange within 15 days of receipt (extended to 30 days for Wyoming residents). Return the product to the Distributor for a full refund or credit. Exclusions apply to intentional damage or misuse.
7. PRIVACY AND DATA
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using the Site. Our Privacy Policy governs data collection, use, and disclosure. Updates to the Privacy Policy take effect immediately upon notice.
8. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to:
- Use the Site/Offerings for unlawful purposes or to harm minors;
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliations;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Site/Offerings components;
- Infringe intellectual property rights or engage in unauthorized framing/mirroring;
- Link to the Site from websites making unverified health claims.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Site/Offerings are owned by AventCorp or licensors and protected under intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for personal use. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is prohibited.
10. SUBMISSIONS
Ideas, suggestions, or testimonials submitted to us may be used without restriction. You warrant that submissions do not infringe third-party rights.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & CONTENT
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not endorse or control external content and disclaim liability for such resources.
12. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- Site/Offerings: Provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness, or non-infringement (except under Section 6).
- No Guarantees: We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure Site access.
- Liability Cap: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss) arising from Site/Offerings use, even if advised of potential harm.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify Avent Herbal Products, its affiliates, and Distributors against claims, damages, or costs arising from:
- Your breach of this Agreement;
- Unauthorized use of the Site/Offerings;
- Infringement of third-party rights.
14. TERMINATION
We may terminate your access to the Site/Offerings or modify/discontinue services at any time without notice. Termination does not entitle you to compensation for losses.
