Avent Herbal Products will not accept returns for any products where the packaging has been removed, opened, or tampered with, as well as products of a personal nature due to hygiene and sanitary considerations.
Returns
Proof of purchase, proof of identification, and all original packaging must be provided with all returns.
Dissatisfied with Your Purchase?
If you are dissatisfied with an item purchased from our stores or website, you may return it to any Avent Herbal Products agent or through the applicable online channel for a full credit, refund, replacement, or exchange, provided that:
- You present the original tax invoice or distributor/agent slip as proof of purchase.
- Items are returned within 15 (fifteen) days of purchase.
- The product has not expired.
- The item is undamaged, including all packaging.
- The item is eligible for return (some products are non-returnable by law due to hygiene/health regulations).
Defective products may be returned within 4 (four) months from the date of purchase.
For online returns, we reserve the right to request photographs and written submissions detailing the reason for return before processing the request. Reasonable transport costs may be deducted if applicable.
Please note: Avent Herbal Products will not accept returns for any products where the packaging has been removed, damaged, opened, or tampered with. Returns are also not accepted for items of a personal nature due to hygiene and sanitary considerations, products restricted under pharmacy law, or any medicines. Refund processing times may vary and are bank-dependent, taking approximately 10-14 working days. Proof of identification may be required when returning products.
Refunds
A refund is not guaranteed automatically and is subject to the discretion of the store manager (or online manager) upon inspection of the returned item and presentation of the original till slip.
Refunds may be issued through various means, including cash, an electronic or physical gift card, or by crediting the applicable card, at our discretion.
Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for the following:
- Medicines, herbal remedies, and mixtures.
- Avent Herbal Products and third-party gift cards (these may not be refunded or exchanged for cash).
Refunds on Gift Cards
Gift cards (physical or digital) purchased are non-refundable. If you have not received your online digital gift card, please contact us within one month to request a re-issue.

Warranty

Avent Herbal Products makes no representations or guarantees regarding latent or patent defects in its products. All implied and express warranties, unless explicitly provided, are expressly excluded.
Handling of Products
Products supplied by Avent Herbal Products are designed and intended for specific use. Customers must ensure that products are handled, stored, installed, and used in a proper and intended manner, in accordance with any instructions provided by us.
Liability
Avent Herbal Products shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to any person or property arising from the use of its products, whether in contract or delict.
Claims
No action or claim shall be entertained against Avent Herbal Products relating to any defects or unsuitability of any products purchased.
